  • Mixing bowl

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1-2 tbsp. sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, agave)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Toppings of your choice (fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.
